FAQS

How Long does non-surgical rhinoplasty last?
Typically it lasts between 9-12 months. However tops ups generally require less filler as your body starts to build up collagen in response to the filler.

Does non-surgical rhinoplasty work?
If you want to smooth out bumps, improve the appearance of a hooked nose or correct a downturned tip the improvement can be dramatic. The treatment does add volume to the nose so it can't physically make your nose smaller. However, skilful placement of filler can help improve facial balance which improves the nose's appearance.

How much should a non-surgical nose job cost?
Usually between £350-500. This depends on the level of complexity for the individual patient. Factors may include whether the patient has previously had nose surgery or a broken nose. This can depend on where in the country you have the procedure done but this range is for Birmingham, UK.

Is non-surgical rhinoplasty risky?
It's a safe procedure with a low complication rate. The complications are usually easy to manage when detected early. The major risk factor is whether the patient has had previous surgery which can change the anatomy of the area.

What is the downside of non-surgical nose job?
As with all procedures using filler, in rare cases filler can block blood vessels. If this happens you need to contact your injector immediately in order to have the filler dissolved.

How painful in nose filler?
Local anaesthetic (numbing cream) is applied the injection site which significantly improves the comfort for the procedure. I've never had a patient complain that the procedure is painful.

Does non-surgical rhinoplasty go back to normal?

The procedure usually last around 9-12 months but some patients report not having to have the procedure redone for 3 years! Collagen also builds up in response to the filler injections so you progressively require less filler each time you have the procedure done.

How many times can you get a non-surgical nose job?
As many times as you like! Just remember that there's a small risk every time you have the procedure of a complication.

Which is better non surgical nose lift or surgical?
This very much depends on you. A non surgical rhinoplasty cannot make your nose smaller but a surgical approach can. However, can you have 2-3 weeks downtime from surgery? Do you want to go under general anaesthetic? Can your desired effect be gained from a non surgical procedure? Although surgical treatments are permanent that can often mean an undesirable result is harder to correct.
